Welcome to Funtasia Events Management Limited (“Funtasia”). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• Client: The individual or organization engaging the services of Funtasia.
• Services: The event planning, coordination, and management services provided by Funtasia.
• Agreement: The contract between the Client and Funtasia for the provision of services.

2. Services

Funtasia agrees to provide event management services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal. Any additional services requested by the Client will be subject to additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required upon signing the agreement to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If the Client cancels the event more than 30 days before the event date, 50% of the total fee (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
• If the Client cancels the event within 30 days of the event date, no refunds will be provided.
• Funtasia reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time, in which case a full refund of all payments made will be provided.

5. Changes and Amendments

• Any changes to the event details must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
• Funtasia will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or feasibility.

6. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the event requirements.
• The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance for the event.
• The Client must ensure that the venue is accessible and safe for Funtasia staff and equipment.

7. Liability and Indemnity

• Funtasia will take reasonable care in providing the services but shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the event.
• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Funtasia harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event.

8. Force Majeure

Funtasia shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and concepts created by Funtasia for the event remain the intellectual property of Funtasia and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

11. Confidentiality

Funtasia agrees to keep all information regarding the Client and the event confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

12. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Funtasia regarding the event and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, and understandings.
